All steps were easy from the initial contact to final fitting. I had worn top on the line hearing aids in the past but the controller failed and could not be replaced. After being interview about my needs, they recommended Signa and sent them to a local Audiologist, that was great. I put them in when I get up and they stay in under I go to bed. They connect to my smart phone and even receive phone calls through them.

This is my first pair of hearing aids and I am very pleased with them. They are slim and no one can really tell that you are wearing hearing aids. The representatives who have helped me was very polite and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns properly and immediately. A really great product. I would recommend them to anyone.

A technician face-times you before testing to make sure you know how to operate equipment. Testing is thorough and relaxing. When complete your hearing aids are ready to use. Both specialist and Rep calls and checks in the following weeks to ensure you are not having problems. I chose the horizon X RIC-S hearing aids. Without a doubt these are the best hearing aids I have ever worn. No feeling like you are in a barrel. Words are concise. Volume on the TV is down to 12-13. I can participate in conversations and enjoy them. They have directional speakers and a noise reduction when in busy places. I hear clearly with the Horizon X RIC-S. They gave me my life back. I absolutely recommend hear.com for all your hearing needs.

I love the fact that I can hear better and that I can control my TV, back round noise and that u don’t even need to put my phone over my ears! I can also listen to music and the words of God while doing anything or just to sit and relax I when I feel stressed out! The staffs were very helpful and try to work with you in anyways possible to accommodate you! I am totally happy
