Product did nothing to help my dog's itching and biting. I am on the second bottle out of three. I will not order more than one product from any company any more unless i see any improvement with the one jar or bottle.

Having experienced everything others are saying about the product and the company, feel sad as this was my final chance for my dog. Even though they don't reply to emails generally, it is possible to unsubscribe by using the subscription link. I'm still wondering about the product,which arrives with no instructions on use,no dosage,no ingredient list,no batch number etc etc. Probably safer in the toilet which is where my bottles ended up...We need a 0 star rating button.

After much battling with this company, my original review seems to have disappeared. I secured a 50% refund for my wife. And the product finally arrived we binned it. Our dog is to important to experiment on. My solution was to engage with social media where they advertise this scam. In our guess at least it partially worked.

This is a total scam! You have not made it clear that you are sending this product as a subcription! It makes me so angry as so many companies are now doing this and sending out products without the permission required!!!

Do not get sucked in whilst desperately trying to find a cure for your dog's condition. This company basically sets up a monthly scheme for you with no way of preventing it or cancelling it. Having noticed this I immediately wrote to their "support" saying I did not want any monthly deliveries. I also checked on their website to see if there had been a subscription set up in my name. The message back was that I was not a subscriber. However less than a month later another payment was taken from my account. No idea if the product is any good but they are basically scam merchants.

This Company is awful! I was not on the refill subscription. I only had ordered one to try. They had me immediately on the refills and after I sent messages of not wanting the product, they continued to bill me. Bad business! Stop trying to rip ppl off and stop billing me!
