Hit or miss with coaches
I’m giving it a 3 because I believe it can be better and probably is, but I did not have a good experience. My group leader just did not seem like she should’ve been a coach, not because of any lack of credentials or competence, but purely because she did not seem invested into providing coaching.

We'd also like to resurface that each coach has their own style, and it can take time to find the one that's the right fit for you.
