Good timing of results

Their website is informative and easy to navigate which made signing up for an appointment very convenient.

Efficient online registration and check in at the facility, convenient location. Quick service even though there were quite a few people getting service when I was there. Polite and experienced staff. This service was also significantly cheaper than a competing service for the same tests which is great because I paid out of pocket for the tests. Got the results the next day. Very happy overall!

Everybody was very professional and getting lab work done was fast. From sign in to walking out the door with my blood drawn was only about 10 minutes. And all my labs were back within 1 day. I will continue to use this location in the future if given a choice.

Heathlabs made the entire process of getting an allergy test completely seamless. It's very easy to sign up and look into exactly what tests you need. All the information for testing facilities is easily available and there is no guessing about the process. Even after the test was completed, I called customer service for an overview of the results and they were incredibly helpful. Will definitely be using them again!
