I ordered my labs in 10 min and got my results in 2 days. Recommend!

Online experience went well, however, one of the tests code number was different than the blood work place so the nurse spent a long time on the phone trying to get it fixed. It was fixed but an experience that should have taken maybe 10 minutes was 45 minutes.

I had to get a mumps titer done because of a local mumps outbreak. Teachers are required to show proof of vaccination or immunity or stay home for 26 days. I was looking at paying $200 for a titer through my insurance and I can't get re-vaccinated (my parents don't know where the records are). So I went online and found this site. I did a BBB search and found good reviews. I bought the mumps titer test for $49 and I went to a local lab. All the teachers I talked to said it took eight days to get the results back. Mine took two days. Now I can still work and not have to be part of the exclusion order that is in effect for our area schools. My tests showed immunity to mumps luckily!

I like taking control of my own health and when my doctor handed me some results and told me to go see someone else, I knew that I was pretty much alone in my diagnosis. At first I didn't think the website was legit. The chat seemed kind of strange. However I went through with it and it was legit. got my results in a couple days and now have helped me get on the right track with my health. Great service that I would use again!!

I had a problem with the test I ordered, so I called Customer Service. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I was appalled. It was not only frustrating to not get the results I was looking for from the test, I was demeaned over the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else, she transferred me to an unnamed voicemail box which then hung up on me. Terrible experience.

Very simple service at the best price. I appreciate the speed of the results and the convenience of going to a local lab. Results in 24 hours for me.

On Friday I chose my required lab tests, paid a very reasonable fee,and made an appointment with the lab (all online). On Saturday I got my lab work done. On Monday I had my results already. This was the easiest thing I have done lately!!! Thanks!
