I've used this site several times, without a hitch or a glitch. Everything has always gone smoothly from ordering to testing to results. I will continue to use it as the need arises and do not hesitate to recommend it.

HealthLabs.com makes testing so easy, any time I want to do some type of self-check, I just log in, select what I need, and head to my local lab. Their pricing is fair for the most part as well!

Price is low and it is an easy process. Took only a day for me to get my result back. Will definitely recommend it and use it again!

Pretty straight forward process. Customer service reps are very helpful.

I put my card information on the website and then changed my mind and exited out. I NEVER clicked on “pay now” or “continue” but somehow still got charged. When I called their customer service line they said I would get charged 20% for canceling. I never canceled. I never even bought it. In order to get it waived they offered to transfer me to a manager. When they would transfer me to a manager the call would end. This happened 4 times. Unbelievable. I’ve used this service in the past but after this, never again.
