Great and fast results

On Jan 20, 2020 I previously wrote a glowing praiseworthy review for HealthLabs. Today, Feb 13, 2020, I must amend the review to include a note about their BOGUS practice regarding their request and enticement for customers to give them a review. They promise $10. for a review on Facebook or TrustPilot. Sounded good to me! However, after making a ridiculous amount of follow up calls, emails, and chats - as of today I have not received the $10. I was told by a rude, impatient customer service rep to call my financial institution and let them figure out where the $10. went. Right. "Hello bank. HealthLabs said they credited my charge card with $10 but offers no date, confirmation number, authorization number, nothing useful or confirming to help me help you in locating the $10 bucks." And a call like that would take half a day for the response of "they did not issue it." Pretty lousy of HealthLabs for $10 bucks.

I think Healthlabs is the best thing out there for some time... I love that I can check on my health and blood levels without expensive doctor visits .. which I cannot afford now that I am retired and on Medicare... It lets me know when I should see the doctor to handle any irregularlty. Its a real blessing and gives me peace of mind to know that now I can afford good health... and keep track of what's going on in my body .. so when necessary I can get any care needed.

Great experience - easy to order tests online and then pop into a local lab. Got all results the next morning. Extremely happy and will use them again in the future.

Great! Quick and easy process

This is unbelievable!! My blood was drawn yesterday at 2:45pm-ish, but I just checked my account and my lab result is ready. The website is easy to navigate, order, & pay for labs. No appointment needed at the local lab. My check-in and lab draw was less than 10mins...very fast

Experience was so quick and efficient! Placed my order one day, went to get bloodwork following day, got test results the day after. Altogether 3 day process!
