False advertising about the ease of getting tests done
Misleading advertising. Ripoff. Filled out form for a test. Website sends me to a location where I am supposed to be able to walk in and get the tests done. Drove across town to the site thinking I'd be there an hour at the most. As it turns out staff at the testing site had no idea when I could be seen. They accept walk-ins ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE SEEN THEIR SCHEDULED PATIENTS which means I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS to get a test done. That's the same story at all the testing locations they contract with but it doesn't say that on the HealthLabs site. They say you can walk in but the truth is THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE FOR YOU TO BE SEEN. Here's the corker. I gave up waiting. Called for a refund. THEY ONLY REFUND 80% of what you paid. Calling the 20% they steal a "cancellation fee"... a cancellation fee for a non appointment and no service. Don't trust companies that operate like this. Their advertising far exceeds the actual quality of service.
