Very user friendly website. Many tests available & easy to locate specific ones via search or categories. Also able to locate participating labs/diagnostic facilities to have tests done. I received results within 24 hrs. It was much cheaper than traditional office visit & doctor order. Would definitely use again in the future.

The process of the blood draw and the lab visit were super easy and quick--after I arrived at the lab, it took probably 10 minutes maximum to check in and be seen. However, I expected the lab results in 2-3 business days and they in fact took 6 business days, so that was a bit disappointing.
