Fast clean service 🫶🏻

I have used Health Labs for 5 years + and extremely happy! The customer service is top notch and the platform used to order labs is convenient without having to go to a Dr.’s office when you know exactly what labs you want tested…from there i scheduled an appt online with the labs of my choice and was in and out of the lab within 10 minutes and had the results in less than 24 hours…however, some results varied based on lab turn time.

Getting the test was easy but my name did not come up for the Labcorp employee. She had to search for a while to find it but other than that it was a great experience

Booked through Healthlabs site, Price was right also agent who helped me over the phone was wonderful. Got to my schedule appointment at Quest lab and staff was great. Keep up the good work.

very easy to scheduled appts, reasonable prices, get results really fast! and is user friendly!

Website is very easy to navigate, I received my test results 24 hours after testing. Affordable, overall great experience! Customer service is very helpful as well.

They steered me toward a lab, one that I did not want to use, by saying it would be faster. Then it turns out that lab isn't accepting anyone for a week out and the one I wanted to use is accepting people today. They charged me $16 to cancel the order. Dishonest practices. I will never do business with them again.
