I called for assistance with reading my test results and I spoke with Ms. BETH who was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of my test results were very clear. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would like to say she has excellent customer service skills.

So efficient
Very easy to select the tests I want and pay for. I did not have an appointment with my lab and there is very little wait time about 5-10 minutes. The results are usually ready within a day as well.
