Super easy to use and made securing a test fast and confidential. Results were back in less than 48 hours.

I got my lab drawn on 5/4 and paid for expedited results (results guaranteed within 24 hours). It is currently 5/9 and still no results. I contacted the support team and was told results by end of day yesterday for sure, and still no results. I contacted the support team again today and was told no update and no ETA. I was also told I cannot discuss a full refund until I get the results, which they are unsure of when that will be. Extremely unprofessional and felt as though no one is working to solve this issue.

It was done quickly with no delays or issues

Great fast. I checked in and did my bloodwork at 12:40 before my scheduled appointment at 1:00pm

My test was completed quickly and with the laboratory of my preference, thanks to the assistance provided. I was content with the overall experience.

Quick, efficient, friendly clinician and speedy results!

Quick. Easy.

I appreciated the very courteous and professional attitude of the nurse or aide assisting me. Wait time was well within reason considering I was a walk in. The online process was extremely simple and I definitely recommend this company, especially the 151 Westover Hills lab location!
