I want to thank & applaud HealthCentralUSA for the outstanding customer service I received after placing an online order. I received a prompt email explaining unfortunately the product was no longer available from the manufacturer, and that a credit was being issued to my credit card - which it was!

I made a mistake on the shipping information. Their staff was very helpful getting this corrected. I will be returning in the future.

Great Customer Service

The only issue I had was the delivery time, it was longer than I had expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my product.

Placed the order 2 weeks ago. Emailed 3 times, no reply. Received just the order confirmation and nothing else, no tracking info or any other movement in this regards. They charged the card though. Will keep on checking with them for the order but will definitely not recommend ever ever this website to anyone or order anything from them again. Waist of time
