Health Street made it very easy for me to request the reports the company needs.

The process to set-up and receive results for a pre-employment drug screening was super easy and user-friendly! We will definitely be using the service again for employee drug screenings.

Scheduling everything was easy, however once we sent everyone for their random instant panel and 12-panel, the facility that we were sent to informed us that they do not do instant drug screenings. So we've paid for three screenings we haven't used at this point. Then, when I called to inquire why we were scheduled and charged for a facility that could not complete the tests, I was told that person would look into it. When I asked if they would call me back, I was told "we don't do that". Additionally, when our supervisor drove up to the facility, one of our employees was outside the facility after they checked in. In order to conduct effective random drug testing, participants should not be allowed to be outside the facility until a sample is provided or they refuse to test. We will not be using Health Street in the future. Very disappointed with how everything was handled, except Ryan. He was fantastic during scheduling.

Wonderful customer service. Should I have to call, I always get a real person and the wait is never long. Any issue is quickly and easily addressed. Representatives are always ready to help! Russ is the BEST!

I was very impressed as to how simple this process was in getting someone registered, scheduling and then the results all completed in less than 3 hours! Kudos to you all!

Health Street was fast and easy to work for, I had to order drug screens for our business, it was all done online an we got the results back within 24 hours.

My employee applicant had to wait almost an hour and a half for his urine drug test. I was disappointed by that.

No answer on email, don’t send notifications about the renewal cost me a lot money I have put off service because off really poor services.
