I was sketchy about the website but found out a friend did the test with health street. It was easy and fast. I got my result back just a bit over 24 hours after i went to the lab. Also got updated messages and emails, know what's going on.

Employee tested on a Thursday morning, didn’t receive results until Tuesday evening. Otherwise, super easy to set up and results were clear.

DONT RELY ON THEM FOR HR USE! Took an employee for her incident related drug screening, two weeks later still no results. Called both companies and they wont release the results of drug test until the employee calls them to go over the results. Very bizarre, I've worked in HR for 12 years and I've never NOT gotten the results back. They used HIPAA as the reason, but employees waive HIPAA (in regard to the substances tested for) when they agree to a drug test as a contingency of employment. I'm pretty sure Health Street and DRS are a scam. At the very least saying that you get results in 5-7 days is absolutely not true. They keep using 3rd party companies as a way to not answer questions, and tack more time onto the timeline for results.
