Easy to use, fast and on time

Sent me to a location that had moved 8 months ago. When I called to ask if I needed an appointment they said it is walk in (but walk in ends an hour before closing, which they did not tell me). No QR code on the confirmation email, though the email says, 'here is your QR code.'
