Hello - I do not use your service often, however it seems you have upgraded, which threw me off course for a minute as your website had changed to something called Glass. My experience was fine on this new platform, but that I entered my information instead of the employees information and received all of the requests that were meant for him. I guess it wasn't clear, being the account contact, if I too would get the information. It all worked out in the end.

We just started pre-employment drug testing at our company and HealthStreet has made it a seamless process. From setting up the account to registering employees to receiving the results. This is hands down the best service and so thankful we have started working with them.

Was able to make location changes for immediate results easily and test results posted quickly.
