I’m in the driver DOT pool and my Company always got picked upáis every month, last time all my driver got picked up, 5 out of 5. How lucky I’m?

Hi Omar, I'm sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the DOT Random pool picks, and it makes sense that you would be upset to get picked frequently. I want to assure you that our DOT Random pool selections follow the strict DOT guidelines for picks, so if your company is in a big pool (a consortium) with many other companies, you might get picked more or less frequently than other companies in the pool. You can rest assured that we don't do any manual picks; it's all the luck of the draw, as per DOT requirements. For example, we are not allowed to flag people that got picked so that they don't get selected again the following month or quarter. DOT wants it that way, so that nobody can ever be sure they won't get picked for a random drug test. Again, sorry for any inconvenience, and let us know if we can help in more depth over the phone. The only thing I do not like about your…
The only thing I do not like about your site is that you charge before the service is actually completed. Then, if something happens and the person never shows, we are out the money. Your customer support is iffy at best as I have tried to recoup money before on an unused order and no one ever responded to my email.

We ABSOLUTELY have a lifetime credit for any unused services, and you don't need to do anything to access that credit other than mention you wish to use the credit on your next order. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, so it pains me to hear we missed responding to an email.
