Communication is good, cost is fair. I occasionally have difficulty getting the result reports, but it gets sorted out quickly. Overall very happy with the ease of scheduling staff, and the Health Street services.

I like that they have many locations for the service that you need. Also, their staff was very professional and accommodating when an error occurred. Most of all, Health Street was very efficient and provided the services I needed in a timely manner (within 3 days from taking the test to receipt of the results). They kept me informed every step of the way and this was very important to me as I was able to keep my medical school abreast of the process too. I will continue to use and recommend Health Street.

I think service rendered was good considering there were only two employees and about one thousand customers. The employees remained professional but clearly they were overworked. They are the only reason I would give a 5 because they did the best they could. I would choose another facility with more staff
