One stop shop
I love that Headway is a one stop shop of sorts: HIPPA compliant medical record, in house billing, and customer service. AI scribe has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my administrative time. My only feedback is to keep honing in the scribe notes. I notice that the Objective section and Assessment Section have a bit of redundancy. The Treatment Plan update is quite easy to provide updates when not not using Scribe but when using Scribe it is more of a freeform which takes a bit more time. Thank you. Headway has been great for me!

Great for providers
As a provider, Headway has been great. They respond quickly to questions or issues; their communication is good--not too much nor too little; and they are very helpful.
