The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 is due to lack of real-life conversations with Customer Service on the phone. As a provider who sees many clients, going back in forth in emails or chats (for hours to days) to resolve a billing issue is not conducive to my workday or stress regulation for my client or myself. Headway, please work on that.
