I was able to find a psychiatrist for a consultation the same day I needed one after another canceled. I was able to have an appointment the following day, and feel I am getting the help I needed. I’m grateful thus far for this service.

I believe it is very beneficial to have a therapist who was raised in the Hawaiian culture and shares many of the same values and perspectives that I grew up with. This shared cultural understanding helps me feel more comfortable discussing personal experiences, expressing my feelings openly, and knowing that important cultural values and family dynamics are understood without extensive explanation. As a result, I feel better supported and more able to engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process.
