I absolutely LOVE headway!
I absolutely LOVE headway!! I have been through 4 therapist and never really felt understood or heard. I love the questions that were asked that helped me better understand what I was needing! I am SO grateful to be paired with the therapist that I did! Besides my psychiatrist, I’ve never felt more understood! I absolutely love my therapist, she provides me with the tools I need for my healing journey!

Ease of use for both provider and…
Ease of use for both provider and clients; handling all the credentialing, billing and payments is a real plus. Having Support readily available has been really good as well. Having additional support/tools for finalizing the clients who expressed interest would be very helpful.

Headway makes managing clients a breeze
The platform makes scheduling and keeping track of client's session notes and billing easy and seamless most days. If there is a problem, your chat assistance team is always very responsive. The new virtual scribe option is very helpful with virtual sessions.
