I have a client that has pending credentialing since September but yet it states my client has been approved to be seen but only when she is living in Ga. However she lives in Ga and her address indicates this. There is no one to verbally talk to about this matter which very difficult for me to see my client as needed.

They did not submit 5 out of my 7 visits that occurred in a two month visit to my insurance until I reached out to them. I would have hit my deductible if these claims were processed on time. It turns out they had never sent these claims for approval. Even after my conversation with them explaining that 5 claims were missing, they only sent one to my insurance. I had to reach out a second time to remind them. Only one more claim was sent. I am contacting them for a third time in a month to submit my remaining 3 claims.

Although I do like the Psychiatrist I acquired through Headway, I scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc for a second opinion and some last minute therapy. Unfortunately, Headway took it upon themselves to contact the provider that I visited for the second opinion, and informed them they are no longer allowed to service me due to the existing relationship with my current Psychiatrist. I am well within my rights to seek a second opinion and receive mental Healthcare from whoever I choose. The audacity of a company that simply lists mental health providers and provides a billing platform to pay said providers, to interfere with my rights to choose or change my Healthcare providers is really unbelievable and unacceptable.

Insurance issues persist and cost me a client.

I am not happy with the time it has taken to get insurance claims filed after the outage. I have been waiting for 5 months.

This is the second time I've had to pay additional on co-pays maybe you should wait a bit longer before billing patients to avoid this issue

My insurance was approved 8 months ago, I got paired with an EXCELLENT therapist only to learn 8 months into therapy that my insurance was actually out of network and I would have to discontinue therapy or pay my therapist's private price. I already spoke to folks in Headway and got the response "We know this sucks, this is the worst, this is completely unacceptable for our clients to experience.....and.....in the end, it is what it is."

Firstly, something needs to be fixed with the initial scheduling. I have chosen a date/time for multiple individuals (I schedule the appts for everyone in my family) and EVERYTIME the date / time chosen is no longer available after I finish all the steps. I get this notice by e-mail that I need to reschedule so I log back in, do it over. Sometimes thats the end of it but most of the time, the person msgs to say they want to reschedule. Headway is just the platform but they need policies in place to make this process better. Second, the filter when you're initially choosing is buggy. It will say there is no one in my town at all. Then I scroll in on the map and there will be 2. Then I scroll to a neighboring town for more options and 5 show up in my town. Also it seems like the same names are inexplicably showing up at the top. It's not by alphabet, distance, or most compatible. idk maybe the therapists pay to get to the top? On the user end it wastes time and is annoying.
