I am very grateful to Headway and would highly recommend trusting their platform to run your private therapy practice. I see so many coaching services charging therapists a lot of money to market and grow their practices and I can tell you that once I decided to focus only on private practice using Headway, in less than 5 months I am full and seeing over 20 clients per week. I did not count on getting referrals through Headway but have been very pleasantly surprised to have had most of these clients contact me to schedule through my Headway profile. I link my Headway profile to my website and Psychology Today profile and it is seamless. Headway negotiates better rates than I could negotiate directly with insurance companies, does the billing and pays therapists every two weeks even before they are reimbursed by the insurance companies. They provide the profile, scheduling platform, video meeting service, billing, HIPPA compliant messaging, AI notes and a streamlined and very professional EHR platform all free of charge. They take a small percentage of each session and still reimburse more than therapists would make contracting directly with insurance companies. It is the best model available out there and you can see private pay clients as well using the same platform. I can not thank them enough for providing a way to run a viable private practice, give myself a raise and be my own boss.
