Reliable and serious business
I like that it is free of charge, of course. I like the requirements of the session’s notes. After a while became easier for me to get help with my questions. I like that the payments are deposit on time. I just need to confirm sessions in a timely manner as sometimes, if I am late, payment is also late. In general, I am very satisfied with Headway.

I like getting paid on time every two…
I like getting paid on time every two weeks. I like the credentialing process and the assessment tools and AI tools that safe time. The only thing I would improve is being able to get answers quicker and easier instead of waiting a day to talk or email someone. Perhaps a real person we can email or text if things come up that need immediate attention.
