I really enjoy working with Headway. The virtual therapy sessions are easy to work with and the documentation isn’t over complicated. I also appreciate my therapist support person, Andre Green. The other support people are anlso very helpful and I like that I can communicate with a real person and not AI. The only issue I have is I haven’t been getting any clients over the past few weeks. I have two clients that have been attend sessions regularly. I have shortened my availability because of this as I have been seeing clients from other sources. I would love to stay with Headeay but I don’t know why I I’m not getting clients.

Headway platform is user friendly with good 👍 compensation

We've been using Headway solely for billing, and it's been a really helpful resource for our group practice! They have much higher reimbursement rates thatn us, and we can keep our entire practice on the same platform (SimplePractice) while getting them paid more from Headway. Navigating insurance billing and credentialing in the mental health field can be incredibly complicated, and Headway has helped simplify parts of that process for our clinicians and administrative team. As a practice owner, I appreciate having a platform that makes it easier for therapists to accept insurance and for clients to access affordable mental health care. The onboarding process is fairly straightforward, and having a centralized place to manage insurance-related information has been helpful as we've continued to grow and evolve. There are certainly aspects of the platform that could be improved, particularly when it comes to integrating with the systems group practices already use, and customer support when a client has multiple deductibles come in at the same time and they are charged for all of them (which is not okay, in my opinion), but overall, we've had a positive experience. I appreciate what Headway is doing to make therapy more accessible and help clinicians navigate the complexities of insurance!

Dr. Jennifer Cox is wonderful and understands my issues with empathy. I feel very comfortable talking to her. She makes me feel like I can tell her anything. Very blessed to have connected with her.

Great platform. As a solo practice, I feel like I have a huge back office. Their platform makes note-taking a breeze.

Erica was sooo sweet, kind, and patient. It's my first time seeking counseling. Iam 63, never wanted or trusted going to a counselor, but She made me feel so heard, accepted, and Loved.
