Headway has been very helpful in giving our patients the option to pay for services through insurance, where we would have had trouble navigating the insurance world as a small practice. Most of my clients have found Headway straightforward and easy to navigate, aside from rare hiccups when Headway has contacted patients but forgot to notify us about exceptions made for fee waivers. Fortunately, the helpdesk and our Headway liaisons are usually quick to respond when issues have arisen. I've especially appreciated working with Vivi, who is very kind, hardworking, and responsive.

Headway is very user friendly, provides the telehealth platform and EHR system. The AI scribe and transcript options make documentation much smoother and more detailed than I would be able to do on my own with a quick turnaround. I would like to get more of the billed amount from insurance, but the hassle free billing is worth it.
