Headway keeps improving to make it easy for professionals to connect with their clients. It's nice to have Headway take care of my billing and insurance approval needs so I can spend more time focusing on the therapy.

Headway made it easy for our small private practice to accept insurance. They deal with the insurance while we focus on what we do best, caring for our clients.

The process for credentialing was smooth and quick. Customer service has helped quickly and efficiently. They make it much easier working with insurance companies. I recommend working with headway. My only complaint is I wish the rates were higher for Cigna and BCBS.

I love how Headway provided me the opportunity to start my own practice and still be able to take insurance. The signing up process went smoothly. Staff is kind and friendly. They did not provide many referrals, but I used another website for most of my referrals. Also, I wish the reimbursement rates for a couple insurances were higher. However, I am not sure if they even could be much higher. I appreciate there not being a monthly charge for the services.

I honestly enjoy that I do not have to do the work of contacting the insurance companies and I do not have to deal with miss payments. If you would like to skip the back and forth with the insurance company, headway might be for you. The small percentage that is taken is more than fair for all the work they do in the back. I also enjoy that I can see how much money is coming in the next paycheck. If you work with insurance directly, you probably realized how long insurance companies take to pay. This was an easy way for me to be able to offer insurance therapy without the hazard of dealing directly with the insurance.

I run a small private practice and I onboarded with Headway (on a recommendation from a colleague) two years ago in order to streamline my billing and have everything in one place. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but nothing Headway did not address. I have been very satisfied with services offered and with how Headway has resolved issues in the past. I only gave a 4 star review because of response time. If Headway's response time was quicker or there was an immediate way to reach someone without filling out a help ticket (especially when it comes to billing issues) I would have given a 5 star review. Overall, I have had a positive experience with this company and will continue to recommend them to friends/colleagues as a way to streamline their billing.
