Overall working with headway has been a great experience however when an issue comes up with anything, patient's, insurance, scheduling utilizing your slow and accurate low available communication help center ruins the whole experience.

So far so good with Headway. I personally have not had any issues with Headway. Easy to enter client's information, get eligibility, and submit claims. I recommend Headway, especially, to new Practitioners as it is a quick way to get up and running. Communication has been smooth for me when I have had issues with verification. Con is not having Phone support.

I have enjoyed working with Headway for well over a year now. As a provider that has worked across several different platforms, I think Headway has solid technology and a provider friendly user interface. The reimbursements are very good and appear to be getting better (are they negotiating better rates with the insurance companies?). I also like that I can see the client's co-pays and provide them with important information. My one suggestion/need is that they do more marketing in Colorado so that potential clients know about the service, and Headway can send more referrals to providers.

I have been with Headway for 1 year. I love the ease of credentialing, continual improvements to their templates for assessments and notes, and the weekly reminder of upcoming appointments. I am on other platforms and Headway rates are the best available. Headway also provides responsive and informative account managers to assist mental health professionals!! I want to give them a 5 star yet Headway is not able to sync with external calendars and they do not have multi-state credentialing. I would recommend Headway (and I do) to fellow colleagues and to people looking for mental health services.

As a provider, I have had great experiences with them and they typically get back to me in 24 hours with support. They even informed us in advance when there was a payment delay and kept us up to date on the situation. I like that they do not force me to keep my notes on their site and can store it in a 3rd party encrypted server.
