Headway has been such a great tool to be able to take insurance as a provider. They have been great at managing all of the headache-inducing admin work and their system is pretty user-friendly. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars in stead of 5 is because they don't yet allow for supervisory billing and I also can't bill Medicaid through them.

I am happy that I decided to join Headway. I love that they take care of everything for me on one platform. It has helped reduce some of the stress of having my own practice. I just recently referred one of my friends to Headway. I did not give them a 5 star review due to the slowness of their response when contacting.

I am a veteran therapist who started using Headway just one year ago. What most consistently impresses me is their lightning fast responsiveness when I need help with something. Whether it is updating insurance or processing a refund, I know Headway will take care of things professionally and timely. I definitely plan to keep using them and just referred another provider who signed on.

With time I'm getting a better understanding of the website. I which we can have more videos on how to for providers and for providers be able to explains pts how to navigate the website. Another helpful idea will be able to safe notes of pro-bono sessions. Jackie was very helpful during the call

Onboarding with Headway was very easy as I was already paneled with the insurance companies. I have brought my clients to Headway and do not use them as a referral source. The only issue I have experienced is trying to get a time sensitive issue resolved as they do not have a way to reach a live representative. Headway is continually taking measures to improve their services.

They make working with insurance easy and to the point, with the most used codes. There are refresher emails for education billing and charting. Some aspects are frustrating at times, but overall I am happy with being able to utilize their services and help the community.

Headway makes it easy to add clients under insurance panels where all I need to do is provide therapy and submit notes. They take care of communicating with insurance companies and they make sure that I get paid on time and regularly. My one complaint is that some of the online paperwork is glitchy and it will tell me that a component is missing, when it is not.
