This company is really good at taking more money than the insurance allows then not refunding. I was lied to when I was told that the insurance company asked them to not send claims in January. The insurance company said that made no since. When they did send the claim they had the patient name incorrect. They finally corrected the fact that I had a copay not a deductible (like I had told them from the very beginning) but still would not send us a refund. Then they turned around and changed my copay to a higher rate, even though we have spoken to the insurance company repeatedly concerning this visit. We are seeing the same therapist we have seen for years they just started through Headway and Headway charged twice what they therapist charged at their personal clinic. 15 minutes for ADHD medicine maintenance. I really like it when they AI responses to my Facebook about seeing my account when my Facebook page is not even my real name. They are nothing but thieving liars. Sad thing is my daughter has used this therapist for a couple years now and we really like him. But we will be removing our account from Headway. We also turned them into our credit card company as credit card fraud. Not sure where this will go though.

Like everyone else, I've had problems with them verifiying my insurance and my partners. It's the same insurance for both of us! Mine finally was verified, but apparently they haven't for my partner's, and again...it's the same insurance. No phone number, no way to hold them accountable. They're a shameful company taking advantage of folks who need mental health care.

Scam. Somehow this company got their hands on my 88 year old mothers credit card details and keep placing recurring charges. When i reach out there is no customer service available. It’s a black whole and the keep charging us every couple of days. what a complete and utter scam. Do not engage

I have had so many issues with this company. They are essentially a middle man. They charge me 210 for a visit with insurance, but private pay is 145. They also save your card to charge you. Their website is NOT easy to use. There is no phone number to contact in case you need to talk to someone. There is no chat to talk to either. There is literally tons of paperwork when you first start. And for some reason there is no way really avoid it. You have to sign up for it for some providers and you can't just choose private pay on their website! I hate this company they suck. I have had issues with them for 8 months now and it never gets better.

They do not provide refunds unless you harass them to give you your righfully owed money!!! Horrible company.

I have been trying to work with Headway’s support team for over one month for additional charges to my credit card due to a mistake made by their billing team. They submitted my claims to the wrong insurance and then charged me $200 2 months later after I already paid for services. I was unable to remove my credit card on file and asked them to remove it for me. They ignored my request. For 4 weeks, I’ve been pleading for someone to call me. They don’t have a support number, only a ticketing system. I’ve opened up multiple tickets and they keep closing them without assisting or calling me. At first, they told me my claims were denied due to my therapist not having an active license. Then they told me it was an error in billing. Today, my credit card was charged another additional $200. I am opening up another ticket but at this point, I’m disputing charges with my credit card company. My therapist is leaving Headway due to this. They gave out incorrect information about her license and I refuse to use this platform for any future services.

Horrible customer facing service. Very slow to respond, no phone number to reach out, and extremely unresponsive to any of my questions. If your doctor uses this service, do not go to them!!!!

If I could provide no stars, I would. What a disaster and total nightmare. Headway enrolled our providers with insurance under Headway and removed them from their existing group practice. ALL claims are now rejecting stating we are out of network. Our patients are mad, the business owner is furious and the clinicians are beyond disgusted with Headway. DO NOT WORK FOR HEADWAY
