It has been a good experience so far and just wish it would generate more referrals and also take Medicare.

Headway has made it easy for me to have a private practice as they are providing the billing. Customer service is prompt. I have had no issues thus far. Their website is user friendly. They are quick to follow up if there is a site or other issue and I appreciate their communication. The only negative I have is I referred a colleague to them and they paid the referral fee through PayPal which I do not engage with and therefore I had to create an account with PayPal. Unsure why they couldn’t pay through direct deposit as they do all of my other payments. I had a bad experience with PayPal which left me not wanting to engage with them again.

Pros: Taking insurance is effortless using Headway. Billing is easy. Payment is consistent. Instant message feature available to communicate with clients. It's free to use. Cons: Don't get referrals from their platform. Not multi-state. Can only see clients in one licensed state. I've used Headway for about 2 years and have not had any issues. My client was able to contact Headway to resolve any billing issues they had. Resolved quickly. I would recommend it to providers and clients.

The resources provided have given me practical strategies to enhance my referral base, and I am confident I can implement them effectively. Most of my experiences through Headway have been positive. And overall, the company has been a great help to my practice. Customer service responses are usually good at giving specific advice on how to solve my problem. I wish filling out a support ticket was a little more personalized, no drop down menu with choices that don’t fit. Or that I could have an email to write to. And I would absolutely love an option to have a quick phone call with somebody. And I’m sure if that happens, the people on the end of the line will be as lovely as the people are who respond to emails.

I am very impressed with Headway. They provide a user friendly platform and as a result, it has helped expand my private practice. Hopefully, it can expand soon to other private insurances on the market as well.
