Good service but would be better with the Wiley treatment plan option

Easy to use website.

Overall a nice platform. Easy and quick credentialing, comparable rates. My only challenge with them has been not having access to a clients demographic information. I see women only and there has been mishaps when men schedule with me. Transitioning them to a more appropriate provider would have been easier had I been able to see demo information prior to the consult.

I think it's a great way to get started seeing patients with insurance. But I have some questions about payment therapist see and scalability of therapist who are fully licensed and want to hire folks under them (Scalability of those with their own LLC).

Great support however we need to take BCBS in Florida and allow multistate clinicians to practice in all states

The platform is great; limited referrals.

Headway makes admin/insurance easier to manage, saves a lot of time and effort.

Very communicative staff, a lot of helpful guidance. Just wish I could send intake documents through the site itself, which is the primary thing keeping me from switching my entire practice over to Headway.
