It's helpful to have headway negotiate competitive insurance rates, confirming benefits, and doing billing. I would like more transparency around the timeline of each contract and how often rates are renegotiated (specific to each insurance, I e., when can I expect a possible increase in rates for each insurance company)

I greatly enjoy a majority of the services to include referrals, documentation and messaging. The only thing I don’t like is how locked appointments are after you create them. You can’t easily edit them.

Headway is great because it handles most of the office tasks including measures which allow me to spend more time providing care. Please work on building an AI note taker that will create notes from sessions. This will save sooo much time and allow us to see more patients and help more people. Adding this would make Headway 5 stars.

I love Headway for the most part, but the agents sometimes are very unhelpful. Half the time, if you have a question, you have to get over the hump of "copy and paste" responses to actually get help. It depends on the agent. Sometimes I can wait up to 3 days for an agent to even respond to my ticket.

Enjoy the platform. Wish I received referrals from Headway.

It is hard to get a timely answer from Support

Headway makes the credentialing process easy with insurance boards. This has been something very helpful for me starting off my private practice. There is no wait time with being paid as was my experience in the past. Along with the benefits there are some things that could make the experience helpful such as the payment amounts negotiated with insurance boards. It is unfortunate that particular insurances don't pay appropriate amounts for particular services. This would be something that I hope Headway would advocate for soon taking into consideration the amount of shortage in therapists for the need.
