The billing is so easy to use and the customer support is great.

Headway has made many parts of my practice easier. I especially love the support in compliant documentation. I do not like that there are certain CPT codes we cannot use (E/M codes, outside normal hours, holidays, etc.) so it loses some income... but I don't have to do the admin part of the work. Super helpful.

I think the platform is an amazing place to grow your caseload. I enjoy using Headway because it is easy to understand. The templates are useful way to use to complete the documentation. Also, I found amazing the trainings offered. However, it would be great if Headway could refer client to growth your caseload.

Sometimes it’s challenging, when it takes so long to get a response to a question especially when it impedes being able to care for a patient. I really appreciate though that headway provides more compensation for therapists.

Credentialing is easy as is scheduling. I like that our calendars sync. Support is typically helpful, kind, and their response time is better than most other platforms. The referral reimbursement rate is amazing. The insurance reimbursement rates are above the majority of other platforms and the note templates make it easy to enter required documentation. It will be really nice when there are more insurance options in Missouri.

Having my on-boarder be of help has been excellent so far. What has been challenging has been emails that I have been sent where it is stated that clients are no longer covered by their insurance but they actually are. I have had to get that corrected a couple of times in the past few months.

I love headway as a billing company. The only thing that prevents the 5 stars is having to wait for email responses and not having access to a live individual more easily or via phone. Great company otherwise!
