Great rates, no cost, quick on-boarding with insurances, but the creation of client accounts and input of client insurance info is sometimes clunky, with the occasional help ticket needed. Help has been pretty timely through email.

I had a great helper to upload, explained everything, and things went great. She went on to a different job and I miss her. I wasn’t assigned another person so I have had to use the help desk and almost always have received the help I needed. It’s exciting to be back seeing clients and the zoom platform is almost seamless.(I live in a rural area and obstructions for my Starlink have been a challenge) mostly very positive!! Hoping for more insurances soon.

Everything about Headway is super helpful but the constant issues syncing my google calendar with my Headway calendar has caused significant frustration.

Pretty easy to get started. Very helpful to find out which therapist is the best fit. Just wished it was a little cheaper but I know that's more along the lines of my insurance.
