Headway has made taking insurance incredibly easy. All I have to do is focus on being a therapist. I don't have to wait for insurance companies to reimburse me, I get paid every two weeks making it so much easier to budget. I am also very pleased with the reimbursement rates and the support from the staff if I have a question.

Through out my time with Headway they have been very informative about the credentialing process and always pays on time. I have had no issues submitting notes or with "clawbacks". Their system works well, although it's not a full EHR and they continue to add additional insurance panels for continued client benefit. The pay is definitely high and overall it has just been a good experience. They make it easy to be satisfied with their service. Plus there is no additional monthly fee to work with Headway.

Headway offers a really streamlined experience for counselors to be able to accept insurances.
