Headway has been wonderful! I've been part of Headway since January 2023. Other than a couple of minor glitches with pay outs, I've had no issues at all. Headway takes care of all the billing, while I can focus solely on my clients. I highly recommend.

I love working with Headway! The payout rate is great and providers don't have to pay a membership fee like Alma. So glad I switched over! The platform is easy to use and they are very communicative with new features.

I have been in private practice for over 20 years. Headway solved all of my administrative hassles and pays me more that any insurance is willing to pay individual providers. Yes, it's not perfect but is the best thing that happened to providers in private practice. I seriously do not understand why any provider who takes insurances is not with Headway- probably because they don't understand how it works or don't know it yet.

I used Headway for over a year to build my private practice. I like the simplicity of scheduling, the option of writing and keeping notes online and offline, good rates with insurance panels, and overall, Headway made my private practice experience easy. A couple of glitches with the calendar was pretty much the only inconvenience in my experience so far. Overall, I like working with Headway.
