Headway takes the hard work out of billing.

Headway has facilitated my online practice by getting me credentialed with a major insurance company and listing me in their therapist directory. I got a few clients through them and I add all my clients, who find me through other sources, into my backoffice, so Headway can handle the billing. I get paid by Headway twice a month by direct deposit, which is great! I don't have to worry about getting paid, I just need to see my clients and confirm the sessions on Headway. Also, whenever I need support, they respond in timely fashion and are always very helpful. I highly recommend Headway!

I am a practitioner with Headway and could not be happier with my experience. This is my first time in Private Practice and Headway literally helps you from the very beginning with getting paneled with insurance companies and doing the paperwork that's necessary. Not only that, but as I continue to provide services I never have to worry if I'm going to get paid and their support team is super helpful with any questions that I have. I have colleagues that have decided to get paneled on their own, and I constantly hear how they have to argue with insurance companies, how they're worried about collecting copays, and how they don't know when they will get reimbursed. Excellent company! I was able to get credentialed with multiple key insurance companies. Their EHR product is attractive, easy to use and responsive to ideas for improvement. Their notes and treatment plans are easy to use and thorough with prompts to help to remember to update treatment plans. The compensation is the best I have seen and I hope they continue to grow. I had a client that was accidentally billed too much. They quickly resolved the issue and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them and have already sent this product to a few friends.
