I have been working as a therapist for Headway for a little over 2 years now. I have tried other platforms and have not been satisfied with the reimbursements. Headway has also been great with their timely responses. Headway really does work towards ensuring both clients and clinicians are satisfied.

The ease of use of the system is great. I have no problem knowing how much I will get paid as its layed out on the website for you to review. The EMR is easy to use and helps you cover all aspects of the patients chart and to help to stay complaint with the insurance. If I have any questions they answer pretty quick and its easy to link your current zoom to theirs.

I have been very happy with Headway for the past 2 years that I have been with them. I love how easy it is to now work with insurance companies as Headway does all the leg work. When there have been issues, Headway has been responsive and I get my issues resolved almost immediately.

Headway has been highly effective for seeing clients carrying Aetna and United insurance with better reimbursement rates than other platforms I utilize. Payments have been timely and their support team are quick to respond. Definitely recommend to any therapists looking to begin taking insurance!
