Great communication and great platform

I have been using Headway for a bit under a year. The process to get onboard was fairly easy and took just a few weeks, allowing me to see clients with a wide variety of insurance plans. I appreciate that they manage the insurance aspect of my business, leaving me with a lot less paperwork.

Headway makes my life so much easier. They don't charge you monthly and they make my life so much easier as a clinician. There can be glitches here and there, but overall it is completely worth it to me. I take insurance because of Headway.

Headway takes the hassle out of having to manage patient billing & insurance. I prefer to use Headway when managing the billing for my patients.

Headway's EMR is easy to use, they have very high rates (up to $120) a session and have a lot of easy to use walkthroughs that you can review when you need it.

I've used Headway for about 2.5 years. They have made insurance reimbursement easy and much more predictable for me, plus the pay is sometimes more than my individual contract with insurances!
