After more than a full year with Headway, I am overall really happy with the experience I've had! I really appreciate that this creates accessibility for clinicians as well as clients to use insurance. Having a digital calendar with reminders is fantastic as well as giving clients the ease of billing and superbills.

Headway HW has been a great experience for me from day one. Complete HIPAA compliance is something I have only seen only HW. Send in a help ticket and your reply and instruction will be handled quickly. The portals ease of access and use is wonderful for both the provider (me) and my clients.

Headway has been a good experience so far. I’ve been using Headway so far for about two years. They reimburse better than most other companies. I’m only using Headway now for billing and scheduling. I wish they had a forum which the providers can use to connect and were able to connect us with more clients but other than that I definitely recommend Headway. They’re also pretty user friendly.
