The service is simple to use for the most part and the additional chat services make it more user friendly. There is nothing, however like one-to-one personal contact. Sometimes there are misunderstandings with texts going back-and-forth and it just makes the process even more arduous. That would be my one criticism. The billing is seamless

The Headway team has made the transition to my own private practice really easy. I have been able to start accepting insurance much earlier than I would have been able to had I credentialed directly with insurance companies. I also really like how they manage the processing of the insurance claims, which takes a huge burden out of my work week, helping me to focus on what I love most, working with clients. I have found the team to be accessible when I've needed help, whether directly or on behalf of clients. I highly recommend Headway and am excited to be a part of the large vision of making mental health care accessible to my community!

Easy to use. No issues. Lots of resources

Insurance credentialing, support, and billing are responsive and helpful. I use another EHR for documentation, but the options on Headway seem usable.

I have been with Headway since September 2022 and it's been a really great experience so far. I have control over my schedule, the reimbursement rates are good, and I don't feel burnt out. Headway is quick to respond to questions I may have and they also give tips to maximize your caseload, and other valuable tips on the Headway site.
