This company has grown tremendously since its startup. They have vastly improved their methods so that working with them is far easier and less frustrating. It is wonderful to have a service that takes care of benefit checking, billing, etc., especially since it is free. Highly recommended.

Headway has been easy to navigate!

Headway allows providers to request consult calls before clients can schedule, informs clients how much the co-pay rate will be upfront, and has prompt reliable payment for providers at a good rate. I do also appreciate the ability to refer clients I have incoming from other marketing resources such as my website and Psychology Today profile.

I only have to see the client and do the treatment plan and notes. They take of billing and collecting from the client. Such an awesome service.

Of course the fact that there’s no fee to use Headway is a huge plus, and the website is very user-friendly, everyone I’ve dealt with so far is kind and knowledgeable, and the onboarding process was a breeze. Also, the best reimbursement rates from any other company I’ve seen! Sometimes I wish there was a phone number to call, but honestly they answer any questions via email so quickly that it’s not that big of a deal.

The enrollment process was seamless, the billing is simple and biweekly payouts are convenient, and client sign up is painless.
