Headway has been great. Even during the Change Healthcare debacle, they have attempted to do what they can to mitigate client impact.

As a current therapist with Headway, I am extremely pleased with the ease of the credentialing process, the user-friendly platform, and the insurance verification process with my clients. Headway is the primary platform that I use and I would recommend it to other therapist who want to see insured clients without the hassle of submitting insurance claims.

Headway is wonderful! Great customer support, great and responsive billing/insurance estimates, and very easy to use intuitive documentation templates!

Lots of help setting up and getting going was great, but even better is the continued support!

Reimbursement structure is transparent and platform is easy to navigate.
