I find Headway very convenient and easy to use! I love my clinician NP Milka Galvez, and I genuinely find the messaging feature VERY useful as some offices are always so hard to reach just to forward a message to the clinician.

I was referred to my current counselor from the counselor that was leaving her business. The two women had met one another and started a friendship. At the point when I needed to get a new counselor I was glad to be able to see the new counselor that my previous counselor knew.

I've been using headway since December of 2023, and it makes managing my appointments very easy. Whether it be to schedule an appointment or if you need to cancel. Definitely recommend using Headway because they have a long list of professionals you can see with their background.

Appreciate the clear online interface. So far have found two excellent therapists here. No complaints.

They were able to find an appointment time that works around my work schedule.
