I am just getting started and confused about a few things. First of all, I had trouble setting up my account to begin to sign on for the service as a provider. Where I'm stuck is that Headway likes CAQH and that's fine, I've been with CAQH for a number of years. However, I have no intention of giving them my user name and password. I see no reason Headway can't vet me like other agencies use CAQH. Anyone else uncomfortable giving out a user name and password?

I dislike the help drop down menus. If you dont have a problem listed in the drop down menu it is impossible to ask for help. I am having trouble signing into Zen. I dont understand the instructions for a password.

I would love to give this website a 3.5 but that’s not an option. It has given me the opportunity to work with wonderful clients and got me credentialed with no hassle. The reason I can not give it a higher rating is that it does not send me new clients and does not respond in a timely manner when a response is needed. I have hope they will improve and show their appreciation to their therapists this holiday season.

There is no live support and the FAQ are usually or helpful as the topics I am looking for are not listed. Also it will be greatly appreciated if you provided multi-state licensing. Other that that, it’s great!

Headway is a great, free billing service for clinicians beginning their practice. My experience with them has been hit and miss, calendar flexibility is great, support contact has been hard for both me and my clients.

I received a call regarding a concern but did not get any follow up. I am have challenges with deposits coming into my account. I am not sure is "Plaid" is working in my situation.

I love that eveything with billing is taken care of for you. Also there's templates that can be chosen to use for documentation. Unfortunately, during the credentialing process, it was discovered that Headway never had a contract with a particular insurance company that they were credentialing me with. This wasn't discovered until around 6 months into the credentialing process. I lost patients and a lot of money. during this time.

Headway's onboarding is smooth, I was assigned to GiGi. Headway provides a calender, list of patients, and easy ways to schedule patients. Overall, is really great to use. I was told they would credential with BC/BS and then found out after I signed up that they weren't able to do that because I had an account already with my primary position. This is the reason I give three stars. I've had to pay someone else to credential me with BC/BS and I will have to obtain another billing service to bill my patients with BC/BS, which is inconvenient.
