Better human interaction with agents in the USA preferred but likely not cost effective. More options to do so would be very welcome. Helping support therapists to advertise their services and specialties would be wonderful. I enjoy the professionalism and accuracy of Headway and now plan to grow my practice as a Headway provider!

Overall, Headway is a valuable platform that offers reasonable rates for assistance in getting paneled and handling billing with private insurance plans. I've found the customer service team to be responsive and the onboarding process to be reassuringly simple. I have recommended Headway to colleagues that are interested in building their private practice. I've appreciated the amount of referrals I've received from Headway that has led me to needing to start a waitlist for the first time since opening my practice four years ago.

I appreciate everything they are doing to make my job easier (regular training, partner resources, town hall meetings to provide more transparency, AI features, EHR features, billing insurance, credentialing, and more. I wish there was more transparency on the amount they are taking off the top of my fees. I also wish the pay was higher. I will not be able to keep up this long term.

The main draw of Headway is the higher rates. I also find their note taking very easy to use and I appreciate the ability to send a lot of different forms to my clients as needed. The telehealth link has been fine for me and I have yet to have any issues. As for cons I do wish I would get any referrals through Headway but 4 months in and I have not gotten any. I also find the calendar the most frustrating to use, finding it does not always update correctly and it is hard to see all appointments on the month view.

My 1.5 yrs experience as a clinician here has been mostly great. It is difficult however to get some answers as there is no human to speak to. And getting medical records to requesting insurance providers is cumbersome.
