Headway manages the insurance aspects and allows me to focus on client care. I do wish they would offer a higher rate for providers who consistently demonstrate quality care, have more years of experience, and have loyal or returning clientele. An "annual review" of rates would be reasonable. Thank you for considering this request.

Best billing platform out there. I’ve tried Grow and Rula and by far Headway is better both in reimbursement rates and also in the visual design of the platform, the high standards for documentation, the customer support and the freedom to document in my own EHR.
